县级医院行微创食管癌根治术84例手术并发症临床分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨县级医院开展微创食管癌根治术的安全性及可行性。方法回顾性分析84例行微创食管癌根治术患者的临床资料。结果胸腔镜手术时间(85.0±30.4)min,腹腔镜手术时间(55.0±20.0)min,术后病理诊断均为鳞状细胞癌。无围手术期死亡患者,中转开放手术3例,其中开胸2例,开腹1例。术中并发症:支气管动脉出血2例,胸导管损伤3例,胃左血管损伤1例。术后并发症:术后急性肾功能损伤1例,急性肝功能损伤1例,大出血2例,急性胃排空障碍2例,吻合口瘘2例,肺部感染6例,喉返神经损伤8例,吻合口狭窄2例。结论在选择合适病例的前提下,县级医院能够开展胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术,微创食管癌手术在围手术期优势明显,能够推广应用。
