衡水市城乡居民精神卫生知识认知现状及行为趋向分析

Trend Analysis of Urban and Rural Residents in Hengshui City Mental Health Knowledge Status and Behavior

目的:了解衡水市各类人群精神卫生知识认知现状,以及对精神问题的行为趋向现状,以利于相关部门对精神卫生工作开展情况进行评估,为进一步有针对性地开展宣传教育,普及精神卫生知识提供依据。方法:采用分层、整群随机抽样方法对衡水市8个城区居委会、8个行政村、12个城市社区卫生服务中心(站)和12个乡镇卫生院共计3890人进行问卷调查。并对居委会(村委会)干部、乡镇(社区)医生、精神疾病患者家属及普通人群4个群体进行比较。结果:3890人完成调查,精神卫生与心理保健知识的总体知晓率为59.53%,城市与农村知晓率比较(63.14%vs56.39%,P<0.01)有统计学意义;各群体之间知晓率比较差异有统计学意义;知晓率与职业、文化程度相关;网络咨询已对人们的行为产生影响。结论:衡水市普通人群精神卫生科普知识知晓率偏低,对精神问题的症状及精神卫生专业机构认识不足。

Objective：To understand the various types of Hengshui city population of mental health knowledge and behavior of the status quo,trend of mental health problems,in order to facilitate the relevant departments to carry out the evaluation to play a supporting role to carry out the work of mental health.Methods：By cluster random sampling method,3890 people in 8neighborhood committees,8administrative villages,12 city community health service centers（stations）and 12 township health hospital conducted a questionnaire survey.And the neighborhood（Village）cadres,township and village（community）doctor,family psychiatric patients and the general population were compared.Results：3890subjects completed the survey,the overall mental health and mental health knowledge awareness rate was 59.53%,the awareness rate of urban and rural areas（63.14%vs56.39%,P〈0.001）were statistically significant between the groups;awareness rate difference was statistically significant;awareness rate was associated with occupation,education;network consulting had influence on people＇s behavior.Conclusion：The awareness rate of mental health science knowledge is low in the general population of Hengshui,they lack understanding of symptoms and mental health professional institutions of psychiatric problems.
