军队医院择期手术患者家属焦虑影响因素

Influencing Factors on Anxiety of Families in the Optional Surgery Patients in Military Hospital

目的:探讨军队医院择期手术患者家属焦虑的影响因素,为实施有效心理干预提供参考依据。方法:采取随机抽样的方法,选用一般资料调查表、焦虑自评量表对357名军队医院接受择期手术患者的家属进行调查。结果:1357名家属中,有194人(54.3%)处于焦虑状态(54.3%)。SAS得分(52.07±10.23),高于中国常模(29.78±0.46),P<0.01;2多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,患者所在病区、患者是否有医保、家庭住址3个因素进入焦虑的回归方程,并能预测SAS总变异的48.1%。结论:军队医院择期手术患者家属焦虑程度较高,影响其焦虑的因素依次为患者所在病区、患者是否有医保、家庭住址。

Objective：To investigate influencing factors on anxiety of the families of the optional surgery patients in military hospital,provide scientific base for us to carry out effective reference for mental intervention.Methods：A total of 357 families were recruited and investigated with the Common Questionnaire,Self-rating Anxiety Scale.Results：1194families had anxieties,the proportion was 54.3%.The families got more marks than the Chinese norm（P〈0.01）;2Analyzed by multiple linear stepwise regression,inpatient area,whether there is health insurance as well as home address entered into the formula.It could forecast 48.1% variation of SAS.Conclusion：The families＇ anxiety is higher than the Chinese norm.Inpatient area,whether there is health insurance as well as home address impact on the families＇ anxiety.
