摘要
目的:探讨广西高校学生情商与主观幸福感、自尊之间的关系。方法:随机抽查广西两所大学大一至研究生共7个年级的364名学生作为调查对象,采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)、情商量表(EQ)、自尊量表(SES)进行测试,探析学生的情商表达,并对影响情商的相关指标进行多因素回归分析。结果:学生情商和主观幸福感呈正相关(r=0.114,P<0.001),与自尊水平之间存在着负相关(r=-0.130,P<0.001),大学生主观幸福感和自尊存在明显的正相关(r=0.119,P<0.001)。结论:情商是变动因子,主观幸福感和自尊对其有显著影响。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between college students' EQ and their SWB,self-esteem in Guangxi.Methods:A randomly selected group consisting of all four grades of undergrads and three grades of graduate student participated in the survey study,returning 364 valid questionnaires.General Well-being Scale(GWB),Emotional Quotient Inventory(EQ)and Self-Esteem Scale(SES)were tested simultaneously to uncover the students' expression of emotional intelligence.The results were further analyzed via multivariate regression analysis to find the factors that could affect emotional intelligence.Results:A positive correlation was found between the students' EQ and their subjective well-being(r=0.114,P〈0.001).Meanwhile,negative correlation was observed between EQ and self-esteem(r=-0.130,P〈0.001).SWB and self-esteem were significantly positive correlated(r=0.119,P〈0.001).Conclusion:Regarding EQ as the variable,subjective well-being and self-esteem for EQ have significant influences on it.
