大学生社会支持与学习适应的关系:心理韧性的中介作用 被引量:32

摘要 目的:探讨心理韧性在社会支持与学习适应之间的中介作用。方法:采用大学生学习适应量表、青少年心理韧性量表、社会支持评定量表对417名大学生进行测量。结果:1学习适应在各学习成绩分组上存在显著差异(F=19.765,P<0.001),学习成绩低分组学习适应得分显著低于高分组(F=19.765,P<0.001);2社会支持和学习适应呈显著正相关(r=0.251,P<0.001),心理韧性和学习适应也呈显著正相关(r=0.469,P<0.001);3心理韧性在社会支持和学习适应之间起部分中介作用,a*b/c=56.89%。结论:学习适应是学习成绩的重要影响因素;社会支持可以有效预测学习适应,心理韧性在社会支持和学习适应间起部分中介作用。 Objective:To explore the relationship among resilience,social support and learning adjustment.Methods:A sample of 417 undergraduate students were recruited in the study to complete the undergraduates' learning adjustment scale,resilience scale and social support scale.Results:1In learning adjustment,the score of high achievement students was obviously higher than that of lower achievement students(F=19.765,P〈0.001).2Students' learning adjustment was positively correlated with social support and resilience(r=0.251,0.469;P〈0.001).Conclusion:Social support can predict the learning adjustment,resilience plays partial-mediating role between social support and learning adjustment.Social support not only has direct influence on learning adjustment in minority undergraduate students,but also indirect influences on learning adjustment through resilience.
