摘要
从中型钻机能耗入手，通过对钻机能耗关系的分析和能耗试验研究，提出了开展钻机系统能耗研究的有关问题，分析了钻机在钻井过程中各工况下的能耗关系。指出配备设备过大和钻井事故是造成钻机系统效率低的重要原因；钻机系统能耗研究成果应用于钻井生产不仅可获取可现的经济效益，而且对提高钻机管理水平和钻井速度，延长钻机寿命等都有着重要意义。
Based on analyses and tests of the power consumption of medium-size drilling rigs, problems with the power consumption of drilling rigs under different working conditions are analyzed.It is pionted out that the low efficiency of drilling rig system is mainly caused by equipment provided with excessive power and troubles in drilling.
