摘要
为检测白酒中微量有机酸(没食子酸、阿魏酸、儿茶素、咖啡酸、木犀草素、绿原酸和对香豆酸),建立了一种利用超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱仪(ESI离子源)的检测方法。样品经挥酒精前处理后,以HSS T3色谱柱为分离柱,0.1%(v/v)乙酸-1mmol/L乙酸铵溶液/乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,经超高效液相色谱(UPLC)分离,采用电喷雾串联四级杆质谱进行多反应监测模式(MRM)进行检测。7种有机酸的线性范围在20~200ng/m L内,拟合所得线性相关系数均大于0.992。在3个加标水平下,得到样品平均回收率为97.1%~111.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均控制在5%以内。该方法简单快捷、准确可靠,可用于白酒中7种有机酸的同时检测。
For detection of trace organic acids in liquor(gallic acid, ferulic acid, catechin, caffeic acid, mignonette element, chlorogenic acid and the coumaric acid), this paper established a using ultra high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)- triple level 4 pole tandem mass spectrometry(ESI ion source) detection method. Sample after wave alcohol before treatment, for HSS T3 chromatographic column separation column, 0.1%(v/v) acetic acid ammonium acetate solution- a tendency for L/acetonitrile as mobile phase, gradient elution by ultra high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) separation, mass spectrometry using electrospray tandem level 4 rod to carry on the multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM) for testing. 7 kinds of organic acids in the linear range within 20 to 200 ng/m L, fitting the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.992. Get the sample in three level of the standard addition, the average recovery was 81.25% ~81.25%, the relative standard deviation(RSD) are controlled within 5%. The method is simple and quick, accurate and reliable and can be used for 7 kinds of organic acids in liquor detection at the same time.
