食品中环己基氨基磺酸钠的检测方法有很多,传统理化分析法各具优缺点。探讨了酒类产品中环己基氨基磺酸钠快速、准确、高效的检测方法。
There are many methods to detect sodium cyclamate in food. However, traditional chemical analysis methods have both advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, we are attempted to compare these methods in the aspect of speed, accuracy and efficiency.
