农村免费医学生专业思想体验式教育方法论研究 被引量:1

Experiential education of professional attitude among rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students

摘要 为充分了解农村免费医学生专业思想存在的问题,并有针对性地提出有效教育对策,采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的形式,对安徽省400名农村免费医学生进行了调查研究。研究发现农村免费医学生对所读专业的了解主要是通过上网查阅,而忽视了社会实践这一重要途径,且男女生对专业的了解途径量表中的差异存在高度显著性。此外,在专业迷茫感问题上,农村学生明显高于城市学生。分析认为,医学生的专业思想教育在方法上有很大提升空间,应重视高年级学生的专业思想教育,开拓各种寓教于乐的体验式教育载体和教育形式,激发医学生对专业的热爱。 In order to further understand the problems of rural--oriented tuition--waived medical students in professional attitude, and to put forward some effective educational countermeasures, 400 rural--oriented tuition--waived medical students in Anhui province were surveyed with questionnaire and interview. The study results showed that rural--oriented tuition-- waived medical students obtained information about their disciplines and specialties mainly via the internet. They ig- nored an important way, that is, social practice. And there was a very significant difference in the scale of understanding their specialty between male and female students. In addition,with respect to the confusion of professional study, rural students were more significantly confused than urban students. Therefore, the educational methods on developing good professional attitude among rural--oriented tuition--waived medical students are still to be enhanced. We should attach great importance to the education on professional attitude among senior students,develop a variety of experiential edu- cational carriers and forms that arouse happiness in teaching,to inspire medical students' love for their specialty.
