药品分类管理现状及对策研究

Status Quo and Countermeasures Research on Categorization Management of Medicine

处方药是需要凭执业医师或执业助理医师处方方可购买、调配和使用的药品。药品分类管理的目的是为了加强处方药管理,规范非处方药管理,确保公众用药安全有效。但目前我国药品分类管理制度在具体落实上尚有待加强。本文主要分析探讨药品分类管理制度的实施情况,为落实药品分类管理制度提出一些对策与建议,以确保公众用药安全有效。

Prescription drugs are drugs which are to be purchased, formulated and used with a medical prescription written by a medical practitioner or a licensed（assistant） doctor. The purpose of categorization management of medicine is to strengthen prescription management, to standardize management of the OTC drugs and to ensure that public administration is safe and effective. However, currently, the concrete implementation of categorization management system of medicine in our country needs to be improved. This paper mainly analyzes the implementation of categorization management system of medicine and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for implementating categorization management system of medicine to ensure that public administration is safe and effective.
