浅析中医院静脉注射配药中心不合格处方

On Unqualified Prescriptions of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

目的:提高静脉注射配药中心审方能力,规范临床合理用药。方法:收集2014年1月1日至2015年8月31日期间我院病区住院病人373941张处方,对其进行系统的回顾性分析。结果:不合格处方71张,占总量的0.02%,不合格处方原因主要是配伍禁忌、选用溶媒不合理、给药剂量不当等。结论:针对不合理处方给出改进的合理化建议和对策。应不断提高药学人员的专业水平,规范医生开具的处方,保证患者用药安全。

Objective： To improve the ability of checking prescription in pharmacy intravenous admixture service, and to promote the rational drug use in clinic. Methods： A total of 373941 inpatient prescriptions were collected from our hospital during the past 20 months. These prescriptions were analyzed retrospectively. Results： There were 71 irrational prescriptions, which accounted for 0.02% of the total. The causes of unreasonable prescriptions included pharmaceutical incompatibility, irrational solvent, improper dosage, and so on. Conclusion：Irrational prescriptions are analyzed and reasonable recommendations and strategies for improvement are offered.It is necessary to improve the professional level of pharmacists and regulate qualified prescriptions of the doctor, so as to ensure the drug safety for patients.
