厦门市外来务工人员子女小学高年级学生青春期健康教育现状

Adolescence health education status among senior-grade pupils of primary schools of migrant workers in Xiamen City

目的了解外来务工人员子女小学高年级学生对青春期健康知识知晓情况,为在小学生中深入开展青春期健康教育提供依据。方法 2014年6月选取厦门市某外来务工人员子女小学五六年级所有学生进行青春期健康知识问卷调查。结果高年级小学生中有月经来潮的女生占被调查人数的23.76%;出现首次遗精的男生占被调查人数的17.39%,学生获取青春期健康知识的来源于家长和老师的占82.87%,获取青春期健康知识的方式以别人的口述为主(37.50%)。不同年级男女生对青春期健康知识的知晓情况略有差异,对青春期生理变化和健康知识的态度也各不相同,多数学生希望开设青春期健康教育课程为他们答疑解惑。结论外来务工人员子女小学高年级学生的青春期健康教育知识相对贫乏,针对不同年龄、不同性别外来务工人员子女的生理、心理特点,进行有针对性地开展青春期健康教育是当务之急。

Objective To understand the status of knowledge about adolescence health in senior-grade pupils of primary schools of migrant workers, so as to provide the evidence for facilitating the adolescence health education in primary schools. Methods A questionnaire survey was performed on adolescence health knowledge in 5th-6th grade pupils of a primary school of migrant workers in Xiamen City. Results About 23.76 % of girls in these pupils had menstrual cramps, and about 17.39 % of boys had the first emission. Totally 82.87% of the pupils mainly acquired the adolescent health knowledge from parents and teachers, and 37.50% of the pupils mainly approach to the adolescent health knowledge from other oral accounts. The male and female pupils in different grades were slightly different to understand adolescent health knowledge, and they had different attitudes to physiological changes and health knowledge. Most students hope to have adolescent health courses. Conclusion The status of knowledge about adolescence health is relatively poor in senior-grade pupils of primary schools of migrant workers in Xiamen City. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the targeted adolescent health education in the primary schools.
