左旋甲状腺素对甲状腺功能减退症患者血脂的影响

Effects of levothyroxine on blood lipids in patients with hypothyroidism

目的探讨左旋甲状腺激素对原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者血脂代谢的影响。方法收集在我院治疗的原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者31例,均给予左旋甲状腺激素代替治疗,检测对比治疗前后患者血脂变化。结果治疗后患者LDH及TG均较治疗前明显降低,分别为(105±37.6)U/L和(321.4±115.2)U/L及(1.4±0.8)mmol/L和(3.1±1.7)mmol/L,3组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者存在血脂升高,左旋甲状腺激素代替治疗可以降低血脂水平。

Objective To explore the effects of levothyroxine on blood lipid metabolism in patients with primary hypothyroidism. Methods A total of 31 patients with primary hypothyroidism were treated with levothyroxine as a hormone replacement therapy, and their blood lipid levels were detected before and after the treatment. Results Before the treatment, the levels of LDH and TG were（321.4±115.2） U/L and（3.1±1.7） mmol/L; after the treatment, the levels of LDH and TG were（105±37.6） U/L and（1.4±0.8） mmol/L, and there were significant differences（both P〈0.05）. Conclusion The levels of blood lipid in primary hypothyroidism patients are elevated, and levothyroxine hormone replacement therapy can decrease the blood lipid levels.
