护理干预对老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的影响

Effects of nursing intervention on elderly patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的了解护理干预对老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的影响。方法根据随机数字法将患者分为2组,对照组采用常规护理,干预组实施心理、行为、饮食及术后随访等一系列护理措施。结果与对照组相比,干预组的术后拔除引流管时间、术后离床活动时间及平均住院时间均缩短,并发症减少。结论护理干预可以促进实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年患者更好的康复,值得在临床进一步应用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of nursing intervention on elderly patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods According to the random sample method, the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into two groups, a control group receiving the conventional care, and an intervention group receiving psychology, behavior, diet and postoperative follow-up and a series of nursing measures. Results Compared with the control group, the postoperative time of removing urethral drainage tube, the postoperative activity time from bed, and the average hospitalization time were shorter and the complications were less in the intervention group. Conclusion The nursing intervention can promote the elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy better rehabilitation.
