摘要
目前跨国公司外派回任失败现象非常普遍。外派人员在整个外派过程中会遇到诸多困境,主要表现为回任阶段的不适应和整个外派阶段对跨国公司的不满,这种"不适"和"不满"使回任人员工作效率长期低迷以致最终离职,是导致外派回任失败的源头。针对其"不适"和"不满",跨国公司应及时推出有效对策,中国跨国公司更应进一步深化外派认识、将外派人力资源管理提升至公司战略高度,形成完备的外派回任管理制度。
Nowadays,the problem of repatriation failure of transnational corporation is very general.We desiderate to study the deep reasons of this phenomenon and find specific countermeasures.The expatriates of transnational corporation tend to encounter many difficulties during the whole process of expatriation,including maladjustment towards transnational corporation at the repatriation stage and dissatisfaction during the whole expatriation process,leading to a long-term low efficiency and high demission rate of repatriates,which means repatriation failure.Transnational corporation is well-advised to make effective measures that aim at restricting the maladjustment and dissatisfaction of repatriates.It is specifically important for Chinese transnational corporation to deepen the understanding of expatriation furtherly,raise expatriation human resources management to a strategic height and establish a complete repatriation management institution.
