摘要 重叠式两段再生技术具有烧焦耗风量少、烟道结构简单、无二次燃烧及压力控制方便等优点,与并列式两段再生技术相比,占地可节省约47%,投资可节省20%。该技术已广泛用于炼油厂重油催化裂化装置。 Staked two-stage regeneration technology has the advantages of less air consumption for coke-burning, simple flue structure, no after burning, and easy for pressure controlling. The said technology compared with the side-by-side two-stage regeneration, the required site area of the former was 47% less and the investment reduced by 20%. The said technology has been widely applied in heavy oil FCCUs in refineries.
