重叠式两段再生技术具有烧焦耗风量少、烟道结构简单、无二次燃烧及压力控制方便等优点,与并列式两段再生技术相比,占地可节省约47％,投资可节省20％。该技术已广泛用于炼油厂重油催化裂化装置。
Staked two-stage regeneration technology has the advantages of less air consumption for coke-burning, simple flue structure, no after burning, and easy for pressure controlling. The said technology compared with the side-by-side two-stage regeneration, the required site area of the former was 47％ less and the investment reduced by 20％. The said technology has been widely applied in heavy oil FCCUs in refineries.
