抗环烷酸腐蚀缓蚀剂缓蚀机理及缓蚀性能影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 抗环烷酸腐蚀缓蚀剂属于吸附型缓蚀剂,是通过缓蚀剂分子上极性基团的物理吸附作用或化学吸附作用,使缓蚀剂吸附在金属表面。这样,一方面改变金属表面的电荷状态和界面性质,使金属表面的能量状态趋于稳定化,从而增加腐蚀反应的活化能(能力障碍),使腐蚀速率减慢;另一方面被吸附的缓蚀剂上的非极性基团,尚能在金属表面形成一层疏水性保护膜,阻碍与腐蚀有关的电荷或物质的转移(移动障碍),使腐蚀速度减小,最后达到较好的缓蚀效果。对抗环烷酸腐蚀缓蚀剂的腐蚀机理、缓蚀机理以及缓蚀性能进行介绍。 Anti- naphthenic acid corrosion inhibitor belonging adsorption inhibitor,is by the action of physical adsorption or chemisorption on polar groups inhibitor molecules,so inhibitor adsorbed on the metal surface. Thus,while changing the charge state and the interfacial properties of the metal surface,the energy state of the metal surface stabilized,thereby increasing the corrosion reaction activation energy( disabilities),so that the corrosion rate slows down; the other hand,the adsorbed slow non- polar groups on the etchant,and can still gnaw the metal surface to form a hydrophobic protective film,hindering the transfer and corrosion- related charges or substance( moving barrier),thus reducing the corrosion rate,and finally to achieve better the inhibition effect. This article against corrosion mechanism,and corrosion inhibition mechanism performance naphthenic acid corrosion inhibitors were introduced. In this paper,the mechanism of corrosion and corrosion inhibition evaluation of bis- quaternary ammonium compound inhibitors were analyzed.
