全大庆减压渣油催化裂化工艺技术中型试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据全大庆减压渣油催化裂化(VBFCC)的工艺构思,对中型提升管催化裂化装置进行了相应的技术改造,并在改造后的中型装置上进行了VRFCC工艺的研究,考察了反应温度、剂油比、油剂接触时间以及操作方式等对产品分布和产品性质的影响,提出了不同于常规掺渣油催化裂化的工艺操作条件。在中型装置上,反应温度为510℃,剂油比为6,停留时间2s的条件下,采用部分回炼操作,全大庆减压渣油VRFCC试验可以得到轻质油收率67.65%、总轻烃液体收率82.39%的结果。 According to the concept of processing 100% Daqing vacuum residue, a riser pilot plant FCCU was technically transformed, and a series of studies was conducted. The effects of reaction temperature, catalyst to oil ratio, contact time of catalyst with oil and the operating manners on product slate and product properties were investi-gated. The operating conditions differed from conventional FCC processing residue blended feedstock were proposed. Under a reaction temperature of 510℃, a catalyst to oil ratio of 6, and a residence time of 2s with partial recycle, the light oil yield reached 67.65%, and total light hydrocarbon yield reached 82.39%.
