摘要
发动机在装机条件下推力测量试验台具有测试点分布广、测量参数种类多以及可试验多种机型多等特点。试验台采用网络式多数据源融合测试结构,设计有遥测数据接收系统、LXI数据采集系统、推力测量系统和GPS时钟授时系统等,通过以太网连接到图形工作站,对各系统进行操作,各测试分系统可组合测试也可单独使用。测试软件操作简单,可针对不同测试任务进行界面编辑。实际应用表明,该系统满足发动机装机试验技术要求,工作稳定可靠。
Engine thrust measurement test facility which is used for engine installed on the aircraft has many features. The test points distribute widely and there are a lot of measurement parameters. Also, this test facility can used on variety of engines. The test facility adopted network type multiple data sources integration test structure when designed and integrated telemetry data receiving system, the LXI data acquisition system, thrust measurement system and GPS clock timing system. Through Ethernet, it connected to the graphics workstations and can control all systems. All the subsystems can complete test together or alone. The test software operation was easy, operators can adjust the interface according to different test task. The practical application shows that the system satisfies the technique requirements of engine installation test and the system is stable and reliable.
