摘要
辛酸酰氯和天门冬氨酸在碱性溶液中反应制备N-辛酰天门冬氨酸,再与三乙醇胺反应得到N-辛酰天门冬氨酸三乙醇胺盐。采用单片防锈测试法和四球磨损试验机分别测试了不同浓度下的防锈性和抗磨性,结果表明,当N-辛酰天门冬氨酸三乙醇胺盐添加量为2.0%时,其水溶液具备良好的防锈性能,当添加量为0.2%时,具备良好的抗磨性。
N-octanoyl aspartic acid was prepared by reaction of aspartate and octanoyl chloride. Then N-octanoyl aspartic acid reacted with triethanolamine to get N-octanoyl aspartic acid triethanolamine salt. The rust resistance and abrasion resistance of different concentrations were tested by cast iron and the four-ball machine. The solution with 2.0% N-octanoyl aspartic acid triethanolamine salt showed the best corrosion protection, and with 0.2% showed the best lubrication.
