连续重整催化剂GCR-100的工业应用 被引量:1

摘要 石油化工科学研究院研制开发的低铂连续重整催化剂GCR-100在中石化股份公司广州分公司的生产高辛烷值汽油组分的400kt/a连续重整装置上进行了工业应用。在运转4个月和10个月后分别进行了两次标定。标定结果表明,GCR-100催化剂与原使用的GCR-10催化剂相比,当产品辛烷值相同时,加权平均人口温度低9℃,汽油收率高1.20个百分点。CCR-100催化剂经120次再生后,比表面积仍保持大于170m^2/g,持氯能力和抗磨损性能优良,对原料的适应性和抗干扰能力较强。 A low platinum GCR-100 catalyst developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was applied in the 400kt/a continuous reforming unit of Guangzhou Petrochemical Company for producing high octane num-ber gasoline component. Two test runs were carried out respectively after 4 months and 10 months running. The results showed that GCR-100 catalyst comparing with the original used GCR-10 catalyst at same product octane number, the weighted average inlet temperature of the former was 9℃ lower than the latter, and gasoline yield of the former was 1.2 percentages higher. After regeneration of 120 cycles, the specific surface area of GCR-100 catalyst still remained larger than 170m^2/g with good performance of chlorine holding and wear resistance. The catalyst also exhibited good feedstock adaptability and anti-interference ability.
