肺发育过程是一个十分复杂的过程,需要多种因子的共同参与,维持协调的气道和血管生长信号,适当的肺表面活性物质的合成和分泌,以保证肺的正常发育。而mTOR及mTOR复合物1既在维持气道和血管的协调性生长中起着重要的作用,又影响着表面活性物质的生成。一旦mTOR的表达失衡,则可致肺的异常发育。
The development of lungs is complex, and many factors are required to coordinate the airway and vascular growth signaling, and promote the synthesis and secretion of appropriate amounts of pulmonary surfactant to ensure the normal development of lungs. Both roTOR and mTORC1 not only play critical roles in the maintenance of the coordinated growth of the airway and vessels, but also affect the generation of pulmonary surfactant. Abnormal lung development will occur once the expression of roTOR is out of balance.
