Role of Annexin A2 in Viral Replication

膜联蛋白A2是一种钙依赖性磷脂结合蛋白，是膜联蛋白家族中最具有代表性的成员之一，参与了细胞的多种生物学功能。在病毒感染细胞时，与膜联蛋白A2存在多种相互作用。文章综述了膜联蛋白A2在病毒复制过程中发挥的功能及作用机理，为膜联蛋白A2的相关研究以及抗病毒药物的筛选提供参考。

Annexin A2 is a kind of calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein and one of representative members in the membrane-associated protein family. It is involved in various biological functions in the cells. There are many interactions between Annexin A2 and virus proteins in the virus-infected cells. In this paper, we review the function and mechanism of Annexin A2 in the process of virus replication, in an attempt to provide clues for Annexin A2-related researches and antiviral drug development.
