摘要
为了研究边坡在不同延期时间下的微差爆破振动强度,结合微差爆破理论,采用我国自主研发的隆芯1#数码电子雷管进行了混凝土边坡模型的精确延时控制爆破实验;并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了数值模拟,研究了精确延时控制爆破作用下不同微差时间对爆破振动强度的影响。结果表明:精确延时控制爆破技术的应用对边坡有着良好的减震效果,模型实验条件下,延期时间为2 ms时减震效果最优。
To study the slope's vibration intensity of millisecond blasting under different delay time,combined with the millisecond blasting theory,the experiment of indoor concrete slope for accurate delay millisecond blasting were done by using the self-developed Lux No. 1 digital electronic detonator. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to numerical simulation,and studied the effect of vibration intensity in exact delay controlled blasting under different delay time. The conclusions show that the application of precise time delay controlled blasting technology has a good shock absorption effect on the slope,and the optimal delay time of 2 ms in millisecond blasting is established for the model.
