摘要 提出一种基于压电智能骨料的混凝土强度监测方法。将压电智能骨料传感器成对埋置于混凝土梁内部,对28d内各目标龄期进行信号监测试验与立方体强度抗压试验。试验结果表明,智能骨料监测信号能量值随龄期的衰减与混凝土强度随龄期的增加基本同步,说明智能骨料监测信号能量的变化趋势能很好地揭示强度发展趋势,可用于混凝土结构强度监测。对试验数据作进一步处理得到监测信号能量比与混凝土强度百分比,二者呈良好的线性关系。 A new method to monitoring strength of concrete based on piezoelectric smart aggregate was proposed in the paper. The piezoelectric smart aggregates were embedded in the concrete beams in pairs. Signal energy monitoring test and compressive strength test were conducted in each target age within 28 d. The test results show that the attenuation of monitoring signals collected by smart aggregates synchronize the increasing of concrete strength. It proves that the variation tendency of monitoring signals can reveal the development tendency of concrete strength. The method proposed in the paper could be used to monitor the increase of concrete strength. And the energy ratio of monitoring signals and strength percentage of concrete were got by processing signals further. Excellent linearity between the energy ratio and strength percentage is achieved.
