摘要 通过正交试验,研究了胶凝材料用量、钢铁渣粉掺量、外加剂掺量和砂率对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,钢铁渣粉的掺入会延长混凝土凝结时间和降低早期强度,但对后期强度影响不大,可通过适当提高胶凝材料用量、外加剂掺量和砂率进行优化,当胶凝材料用量为340kg/m3、370kg/m3,钢铁渣粉掺量为20%,外加剂掺量为0.6%,砂率为40%时,混凝土工作性能和力学性能均满足PC构件生产要求,可为预制构件中钢铁渣粉的大规模推广应用提供技术支撑。 Through orthogonal experiments, the influence of cementitious content, steel slag powder dosage, admixture content and sand ratio on properties of concrete is studied. The results show that, adding steel slag powder can extend the setting time of concrete and decrease early strength of concrete,which has little influence on late strength of concrete, the optimization is carried out by increasing amount of cementitious materials, admixture dosage and sand rate, when amount of the cementitious materials is 340kg/m3 and 370kg/m3, the dosage of steel slag powder is 20%, the dosage of admixture is 0.6%, and sand ratio is 40%, the workability and mechanical performance of concrete can meet the production requirement of prefabricate concrete, which can provide technical support for large-scale application of steel slag powder in prefabricated components.
