基于AutoCAD的柔性机构伪刚体模型建立与性能分析

摘要 提出了一种在AutoCAD中建立柔性机构伪刚体模型并对其进行性能分析的方法:将柔性机构分类并单元化;利用AutoCAD提供的API,借助参数化建模技术,创建柔性机构构件库;定义构件单元属性,生成机构单元刚度矩阵,获得单元伪刚体模型;经过坐标变换等,得到机构总刚度矩阵,完成伪刚体模型的建立;通过自定义载荷,对伪刚体模型进行性能分析。基于所开发程序,以一种3-RRR平面微定位平台为研究对象,进行了伪刚体模型的建立和性能分析,并将分析结果与ANSYS仿真结果进行了对比,验证了模型的正确性及应用程序的有效性。 A compliant mechanism pseudo-rigid-body model's establishment and properties analysis were proposed in AutoCAD. Using API provided by AutoCAD and parametric modeling technology,the component library of compliant mechanism can be created. By defining the component attributes and dividing the model,the stiffness matrix can be finished,and then the unit pseudo-rigid- body model can be established. By transforming the stiffness matrix,the total stiffness matrix and pseudo-rigid- body model can be obtained. Provided with the load at random,the model can be done with property analysis. Based on the applications,a 3-RRR planar micro positioning stage pseudo-rigid-body model was set up and analyzed. The comparison between analysis results and simulation results of ANSYS indicated the validity of the model and the effectiveness of the application.
