摘要
传统切削数据库通过数据查询,实例推理和规则推理来生成工艺方案,而面对大量的非典型切削工艺问题却无能为力。为了扩展切削数据库的应用范围,辅助工艺人员解决非典型切削工艺问题,基于混合推理和工艺创新设计方法,提出一种面向创新的切削工艺知识库模型。该知识库的关键技术在于:基于切削工艺实例的标准化表示构建实例库;基于切削工艺标准建立推理规则;基于工艺问题分类建立创新方法的策略。最后,基于上述模型,构建了切削知识库的结构、框架和原型系统。
Traditional cutting database can generate process solution with the help of data query,Case-Based Reasoning(CBR)and Rule-Based Reasoning(RBR),only can deal with classical cutting process. In order to extend the application range of the cutting database and assist engineers to solve the non-classical cutting process,a cutting process design model is proposed,which integrates CBR,RBR and process innovation design. The key technologies of the knowledge base of cutting procedure innovation based on hybrid reasoning include: setting up a case-database based on the standardization representation of cutting process case;establishing the reasoning rules based on cutting process;guiding the process design applying the innovative thinking; building the cutting process innovation strategy based on question classification. Engineers can apply CBR/RBR to deal with classical problems,and use innovative design strategies to solve non-classical problems and optimize relative process parameters. Finally,the framework and prototype system of this knowledge base are developed.
