摘要
铜阳极板自动提取机是铜圆盘浇铸系统中提取浇铸铜板的重要工作装置,介绍了铜阳极板自动提取机的机构组成及工作原理。针对原自动提取机工作过程中存在的晃动过大、发生滑板、掉板、部分零部件磨损严重等问题,对其进行了机构改进设计,利用三维软件SolidWorks对改进前后的自动提取机进行运动轨迹,速度,加速度仿真分析。结果表明,改进后采用四杆平行四边形平动机构,提取机运行平稳,工作更可靠,有效的解决了晃动过大、发生滑板、掉板、零部件磨损严重的问题。
Copper anode plate automatic clip machine is an important mechanism to clip and transport copper anode plate in the copper disc casting system,and it introduced its mechanisms and how it works. Aiming at the shake of clip device,slip and fall of anode plate,some parts badly worn and other problems of clip machine working process,it improved the mechanism of clip machine. Then it analyzed the track,speed and acceleration of the original and new clip machine based on3 D software Solid Works. The simulation results show that the parallelogram four-linkage of new clip machine works more stable and reliable,and it effectively solve the problems of shaking,slip and fall of copper anode plate,parts badly worn.
