摘要 金刚石圆锯片加工硬脆性材料是一种高速切削加工的过程。在锯切过程中,金刚石圆锯片普遍存在严重的振动问题,共振一旦发生,通常导致锯齿断落,引起严重的事故。为提高金刚石圆锯片的使用寿命和锯切性能,防止共振,通过模态试验法测出金刚石圆锯片的固有频率,对不同转速和不同阀值下的金刚石圆锯片进行可靠性研究,得到了防止共振的最佳锯切转速,对于优化金刚石圆锯片的结构有着重要意义。同时在追求环保降噪的今天,具有很高的理论研究价值和实际应用意义。 The process is a high-speed machining when the diamond saw blades cut hard and brittle materials. Severe vibration usually happens during the cutting process with the diamond circular saw blade. Once resonance occurs,the sawteeth will break,thus leading to tremendous accidents. With the aim to prolong the service life and enhance cutting performance of the diamond circular saw blade,and prevent resonance,the simulation test principle is applied to measure the inherent frequency of the diamond circular saw blade,and to study reliability of the blade under different rotating speeds and threshold values. Thus,the optimal rotating speed for saw cutting is obtained to prevent resonance,which will play an essential role in optimizing the structure of the diamond circular saw blade. Therefore,in the day of pursuit environmental protection and noise reduction,it has high value in theoretical research and significance in practical application.
