加味止痒合剂治疗慢性瘙痒性皮肤病临床研究

Clinical Study on Jiawei Zhiyang Mixture in Treatment of Chronic Itching Skin Disease

目的:探讨加味止痒合剂治疗慢性瘙痒性皮肤病的临床疗效。方法:治疗组以加味止痒合剂水煎内服、外洗并冰黄肤乐软膏外用,对照组以肤痒颗粒内服并冰黄肤乐软膏外用,观察234例慢性瘙痒性皮肤病患者(皮肤瘙痒症78例、慢性湿疹89例、神经性皮炎67例)疗效情况,借助视觉模拟评分法(VAS)作为评判疗效工具,分别以治疗第2周、治疗第4周的疗效进行对照研究。结果:治疗第4周总有效数与对照组比较存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:加味止痒合剂是治疗慢性瘙痒性皮肤病有效治疗方法。

Objective： It is to investigate the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Zhiyang Mixture treating chronic itching skin disease. Methods： The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Zhiyang Mixture orally,externally washing and Binghuang Fule ointment. The control group was treated with Fuyang Particles orally and Binghuang Fule Ointment. We observed 234 cases＇ curative effect（ 78 cases of itchy skin disease,89 cases of chronic eczema,67 cases of neurodermatitis） with the help of visual analogue scale（ VAS） as a curative effect evaluation. The treatment efficacy of the second and the fourth week was respectively studied. Results： The total effective rate of fourth week existed significant difference compared with controls（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Jiawei Zhiyang Mixture is an effective treatment method treating chronic pruritic skin disease.
