摘要
在传统制造业中,人们通常更关注经济效益而忽视环境和资源等问题。随着当今社会环境与资源问题日益严重,绿色制造技术越来越受到人们的重视。刀具在制造业中占有重要的地位。刀具的角度决定了刀具切削部分的形状和用途,刀具角度选择的是否合理不仅影响切削过程,而且最终还会影响工件的质量[3]。因此合理地选择刀具角度对于提高产品绿色性能非常重要。考虑到刀具几何角度选择时的多准则、多目标及多方案问题以及决策者决策的模糊性,文章采用了一种判断矩阵为模糊一致判断矩阵的模糊层次分析法来解决该问题。综合考虑了时间、成本、质量、资源和环境五个目标,建立和分析了刀具几何角度的决策以及选择模型,然后根据指标权重以及指标值、可行性方案得分来确定最优的选择方案。最后结合一个阶梯轴加工实例,验证该方法的可行性。
In traditional manufacturing industries, people are usually concerned about the economic benefits and give too little care to environment and resource. Today, as for the increasingly serious environmental and resource problem, people pay more attention to the green manufacturing. Cutter occupies an important posi- tion in the manufacturing industry. The parts of cutter' s shape and p- urpose are determinded by the cutter geometry angle. Thechoices of cutter geometry angle not only affect the cutting process, but also will affect the quality of the workpiece. So the reasonable se- lection of cutter geometry angle is a key factor for impro- ving green performance of products. Con- sidering this is a multi-criteria and multi-target and multi-program problem and the ambiguity of the decisio-makers, the paper puts forward a method based on the fuzzy ana- lytic hierarchy process and fuzzy consistency judgment matrix. Establishing index evalution system by con- sidering time, costs, quality, resource and environment. Making optimal solution by index weights, index score and alternative score. Finally, a case study is given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
