摘要
以发动机气门间隙为研究对象,针对其状态监测与故障诊断中存在的问题,利用Hilbert-Huang方法对系统进行分析。通过提取振动信号并进行试验分析实现对系统的故障诊断。结果表明,气门间隙变小故障体现在信号中气门打开位置处的低频IMF分量振幅增加和10kHz^15k Hz的局部边际能量增加。HHT方法在发动机气门间隙故障诊断中取得了较好的效果。
The study takes engine valve clearance as research object and focuses on the issues of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, using the method of Hilbert-Huang transform to analysis this system. By the means of taking the vibration signal of the experiment table and test analysis can realize the fault diagnosis system. The results show that the local marginal energy reflected low frequency IMF componentsamplitude open position in the signal in the 10kHz - 15kHz and the increase of smallfault of valve clearance increa- ses. HHT method is effective in fault diagnosis of enginevalve clearance.
