摘要
为提高机械产品选配成功率和配合精度,减少装成品质量波动,考虑零件自身的质量损失和零件配合造成的质量损失,构建了表征产品质量的测度函数。考虑装成品质量波动、选配成功率、装成品配合精度三者之间的协调性,以最大化综合选配质量指标Q为目标,建立了基于解构造图的选配模型。把待选配零件抽象为选配模型的中间节点,采用蚁群算法,求解待选配零件的较优选配组合。最后,以曲柄组件的选配过程为例,验证了模型的可行性和有效性。
To improve selective assembly success rate and assembly precision, reduce the quality fluctuation of mechanical products. Considering the parts own quality loss and the quality loss between parts, a quality function of products was put forward. Concerning the coordination of products quality fluctuation, assembly success rate and assembly precision, with the goal of maximizing the multi-assembly index Q, a new selective model was established. Optional parts was abstracted as nodes of matching model, the Ant Colony Algorithm was used to optimize the selective assembly problem. Finally, an example of crank was taken to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
