摘要
回顾我国20余年来图书馆志愿者研究,看出其管理机制研究渐趋成熟、研究呈多元化、本土与国外实践研究并行,但高水平之作有限等。文章从加强图书馆志愿者的同质性与相异性研究、加强对新问题的主题性研究、还原"为实践服务"的研究本质、加强国内外研究借鉴、加强志愿者心理和回馈机制研究等方面提出建议。
This paper reviews library volunteer researches in China in 20 years and concludes the characteristics of maturing management mechanism, diversified research contents, paralleled practice research and empirical research of China and abroad and insufficient high-level research. It suggests enhancing the following research： the similarity and dissimilarity of the volunteers, thematic study of new issues, research of practice serving, experiences of worldwide and volunteers feedback mechanisms.
