PPC基水性聚氨酯抗静电整理剂的制备和应用

摘要 以聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇(PPC)为主要原料,聚醚二元醇Ymer^(TM) N120作为亲水剂,与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)反应,制备出性能优异的非离子型水性聚氨酯乳液,再与脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的季铵盐衍生物复配,制得一种新型的织物整理用抗静电剂。探讨了合成和应用工艺对乳液抗静电性能的影响。 A nonionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion with excellent properties was prepared by using polypropylene carbonate diols ( isophorone diisocyanate ( IPDI ), polyoxyethylene ether to obtain application technology on the anti PPC ) as main material, Ymer^TM N120 as hydrophilic agent, reacting with then compounded with quaternary ammonium salt derivatives of aliphatic amine a new type of antistatic agent for textile finishing. The effects of synthesis and static property of emulsion were discussed.
