历史文化名城是具有地域性特色的宝贵资源,它是历史文化和积淀的结果,蕴含了巨大的文化和艺术价值。在当今中国经济发展进入"新常态"的背景下,这些宝贵的历史资源需要规划管理者进一步去挖掘和保护。随着大数据时代的到来,城乡规划信息化的技术手段日趋发达,历史文化名城保护信息化的工作需要各种新技术的支撑,通过对现有历史文化名城信息平台的认识和相关新技术的研究与分析,提出了信息化时代历史文化名城保护的一些新思路。

Historical and cultural cities are precious resources with regional characteristics. They resulted from the accumulation of history and culture, containing great cultural and artistic value. Under the background of ＂New Normal＂ of Chinese economic development, these precious resources require program managers to further discover and protect. With the arrival of the time of big data, the technologies for urban and rural planning informatization are rapidly developed. The informatization of protection of historical and cultural cities requires the support of various new technologies. Through the cognition of current information platform for historical and cultural cities and the research and analysis of related new technologies, the article put forward some new ideas on the protection of historical and cultural cities in the information time.
