流态化固相氯化制备氯化聚乙烯的研究

摘要 采用引发剂偶氮二异丁腈 (AIBN)涂层可明显提高流态化固相氯化制备氯化聚乙烯的反应速率 ,适宜的AIBN质量分数为 1%~ 2 %。原料气中适宜的氯气体积分数为 2 0 %~ 3 0 % ,稳定流化操作气速为 2 1.8~ 65 .4cm/s。 s By means of adsorption, AIBN coating on the surface of polyethylene was prepared. Compared with directly mixing PE and AIBN, polyethylene with the AIBN coating could be evenly chlorinated in lower temperature at higher reactive rate and the chlorine content of CPE was increased relatively. The suitable concentration of AIBN was within the range of 1%~2% in correspondence to polyethylene. The velocity of mixed gases (N 2+Cl 2) was also investigated. The results indicated that stable velocity of mixed gases was within the range of 21.8%~65.4% cm/s to keep the stable operation of fluidized bed. Further study showed that the suitable chlorine volume fraction was about 20%~30%
