歌剧《泰斯庇斯》（Thespis）或译为《天神变老了》（The Gods Grown Old）于1871年12月26日在伦敦欢乐剧院首演,这是英国戏剧作家W.S.吉尔伯特（William Schwenck Gilbert）与作曲家亚瑟·沙利文（Arthur Sullivan）的首次合作。此剧不同于他们的后期作品,而是一种歌剧（Opera）与狂想剧（Extravaganza）的混合体,跟当时剧院上演的其他剧目相似,有很强的滑稽剧（Burlesque）风格。

Thespis premiered on December 26,1871 at London's Gaiety Theater,the first collaboration of the successful duo that dominated the British musical stage:William Schwenck Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan.
