HPLC法同时测定更年灵胶囊中3种成分的含量

Determination of icariin,vitamin B_1 and vitamin B_6 in gengnianling capsule by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定更年灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷、维生素B1及维生素B6的含量。方法采用高效液相方法,色谱柱：Ultimate AQ-C（18）（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相：0.04%庚烷磺酸钠溶液（含0.12%的三乙胺,用冰醋酸调节pH值至3.3）（A）-乙腈（B）梯度洗脱;检测波长：270 nm;柱温：20℃;流速：1.0 mL/min。结果淫羊藿苷、维生素B1和维生素B6分别在4.052~48.624、21.63~255.12和20.50~246.00μg/mL范围内,与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 8、1.000、1.000,n=6）。平均回收率（n=6）分别为99.37%（RSD=1.08%）、100.93%（RSD=1.70%）和99.34%（RSD=1.76%）。结论该法操作简便,结果准确、重复性好,可用于更年灵胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of icariin,vitamin B1 and vitamin B6 in gengnianling capsule by HPLC.Methods The HPLC with Ultimate AQ-C（18）（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） column was used,mobile phase was heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt solution（A）-acetonitrile（B） gradient elution,the detection wavelength was at 270 nm;The column temperature was 20℃ with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear range of icariin,vitamin B1 and vitamin B6 was 4.052 ~ 48.624 μg/mL（r = 0.999 8）,21.63 ~255.12 μg/mL（r= 1.000） and 20.50 ~246.00 μg/mL（r = 1.000）,the recovery rates were 99.37%（RSD =1.08%）,100.93%（RSD = 1.70%） and 99.34%（RSD = 1.76%）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and it can be used for the quality control of gengnianling capsule.
