Application of PDCA cycle in the validity period management of the drugs

目的探讨PDCA循环在医院药品效期管理工作中的作用。方法在药品效期管理中应用PDCA循环,对出现的问题进行分析,制定计划、执行并持续改进。结果通过PDCA循环规范药品效期管理,可以减少药品失效现象,促进药品安全管理。结论 PDCA循环是实现药品效期规范管理的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle in the validity period management of the drugs.Methods The PDCA cycle was applied in the validity period management of the drugs and to analyze the problems,then make plans and improve continously.Results The drug failure phenomenon decreased and the drug safety management was impreved after regulating the management of drug validity period by the PDCA cycle.Conclusion PDCA cycle is an effective method to attain the standardized management of drug validity period.
