摘要
以水为分散介质 ,用非均相悬浮法合成了聚丙烯 (PP)和丙烯酸丁酯 (BA)共聚物 ,结果表明在引发剂过氧化苯甲酰引发下 ,BA很容易接枝到PP链上。考察了引发剂、温度、单体浓度和反应时间对接枝率和接枝效率的影响。合成最佳工艺条件为 :温度 86℃ ,反应时间 3h ,引发剂 0 .4g ,水 10 0mL ,BA 10mL ,PP 2 0 g。
s The graft copolymer of polypropylene and butyl acrylate(PP g BA) was synthesized by heterogeneous graft copolymerization. The synthesized product was characterized by IR. The influence of initiator BPO, the amount of BA, reaction time and temperature on graft degree and efficiency were studied in detail. The experimental results show that BA could be grafted on the chain of polypropylene under initiation of BPO. The optimum conditions of technology were as the following: reaction temperature 86 ℃,reaction time 3 h,PP/g∶BA/mL∶BPO/g∶H 2O = 20∶10;0.4;100.
