摘要
基于注射成型CAE模拟产生的流动时间数据 ,将熔合纹的确定分为确定流动前沿初合点和由初合点扩展成熔合纹两步。通过深入分析初合点的特征 ,提出了确定初合点位置的高效算法 ,在初合点的基础上 ,向周边节点中沿流前时间最迟的节点进行扩展就可生成整个熔合纹。
s Based on the results of filling simulation, the prediction of weld lines position,including the detection of the first join node of melt fronts and the expansion from the join nodes,was made. After analyzing the characteristic of the first join node deeply, an algorithm to detect the first join node was proposed and developed. With this first join node, the weld line could be obtained by expanding to the latest node one by one. Finally examples were used for verification.
