基于教育均衡视角的基础教育MOOC发展研究——以杭州市为例

Development of basic education MOOC education equalization Perspective——Case study of Hangzhou

实现优势教育资源共享,解决城乡教育资源不均衡是杭州全面深化教育领域改革的重点。"幕课"(即大规模在线开放课程)的发展,使大量优质的教育资源得以免费共享,对维护教育公平、实现城乡教育均衡发展具有重大作用。文章主要基于教育公平的研究视角,在总结国内外"幕课"相关研究的基础上,结合杭州基础教育发展过程中存在的问题,提出杭州市发展基础教育"幕课"的对策建议。

Realization of the sharing of education resources solve the imbalance of urban and rural education resources is the key point of hangzhou comprehensively deepen the reform of the education field.MOOC（that is the massive open online courses） of development, to free a large number of high quality education resources sharing,to the maintenance education fair, plays an important role to realize the urban and rural education development.This paper mainly based on the research of education fair perspective, summarize the lesson MOOC related research both at home and abroad, based on the problems existing in the process of basic education development in hangzhou,hangzhou city, put forward development foundation education act MOOC countermeasures and Suggestions.
