整合优化空间资源、促进集聚集约发展的思路研究

Research of integration and optimization space resource,promoting gathering and intensive development

当前我国面临着耕地资源短缺、工业用地供地紧张和建设用地粗放低效利用等诸多现实问题,针对这些问题的空间资源整合及土地集约利用工作亟待开展。本文对已有文献进行了梳理,从土地利用管控策略视角整理了学界的研究思路,分析了区域层面土地资源配置和微观主体层面土地集约利用的研究现状。提出了强化以人为本理念、深化微观研究、重视社会效益、生态效益和吸纳科技成果的发展方向,以期为整合空间资源、集聚集约发展的理论提升及实践应用提供新的思路。

Currently our country is facing a shortage of cultivated and industrial land, inefficient use of land, and many other practical problems. Space resource integration and intensive land-use are extremely urgent to carry out to solve these problems. With the perspective of policy management and control this paper list relational research results systematically and summed up four kinds of ideas. Then allocation of land resources at the regional level and intensive land-use at the microcosmic level are analyzed. Based on this, the paper proposed the research direction in future which are strengthening the people-oriented concept, paying attention to social and ecological benefits and applying science and technology achievements for space resource integration and intensive land-use.
