中国的腐败问题日趋严重,国家虽然不断进行治理,但收效甚微,而高校作为培养人才的摇篮,也逐渐受到不良习气的影响,找到腐败的原因并采取相关措施则会提高效率。而基于对已有文献的梳理总结,究其原因发现腐败问题呈现复杂性和多元化,鉴于此,将腐败问题产生的原因归为政治因素、经济因素、社会因素和文化因素,并提出政府机关建立高效的反腐败机构,增加权力机构的透明度,鼓励社会媒体网络和群众的监督举报,加强反腐倡廉的思想教育等解决措施,为反腐工作提供参考。

Under China＇s increasingly serious problem of corruption, countries, while the ongoing governance,but with little success, and colleges and universities as the cradle of personnel training, has gradually affected by bad habits and find the reasons of corruption and to take relevant measures will improve efficiency. Based on the existing literature and comb summary, the reason the problem of corruption was found showing the complexity and diversity, in view of this, the causes of corruption problems classified as political factors, economic factors, social and cultural factors, and make government agencies establish an efficient anti-corruption bodies,enhance transparency authority, encourage supervision and reporting social media networks and the masses, to strengthen anti-corruption education, ideological solutions, provide a reference for anti-corruption work.
