摘要
经济新常态下我国经济增长方式的转变使得大多数企业过分重视规模和物质效益而忽视精神层面的企业文化建设,本文在梳理国内外先进经验的基础上提出了重构企业文化的优化设计模型,并针对产生的问题,从多维度提出了相应的优化策略。
