组织变革能否成功在很大程度上取决于变革准备情况,充分的变革准备能使员工和组织变革行为保持一致。本文通过国内外文献回顾,将组织变革准备分为员工和组织两个层面进行综述,并根据国内外研究总结出变革准备测评方法,为组织变革准备相关研究提供一定的借鉴。
