摘要
组织变革能否成功在很大程度上取决于变革准备情况,充分的变革准备能使员工和组织变革行为保持一致。本文通过国内外文献回顾,将组织变革准备分为员工和组织两个层面进行综述,并根据国内外研究总结出变革准备测评方法,为组织变革准备相关研究提供一定的借鉴。
The success of organizational change depends largely on the change readiness, fully prepared for the change of can make employees consistent with organizational change behavior. Through literature review at home and abroad, Organizational change to be prepared for the employees and the organization divides into two aspects were reviewed, summarized the change readiness assessment both at home and abroad, provide certain reference for organizational change readiness related research.
