摘要 当前,烟草行业面临不断深化的市场化取向改革新常态,构建客户经理均衡工作量体系,使客户经理日均户外工作量均衡受力、责任分担,有效提升客户经理拜访效率,显得尤为重要。本文在"新常态"背景下,对构建均衡工作量体系的必要性进行了论证,建立了评估日均工作量的指标体系,搭建了数学测量模型,并且通过模型准确测量出客户经理日均户外工作量,以此为理论依据,对均衡工作量关键环节的途径提出相关建议。 at present, the tobacco industry faces continue to deepen reform of the market orientation of the new normal, build customer manager balancing system workload, make customer manager daily outdoor workload balancing force, responsibility sharing, improving customer manager visit efficiency effectively, is particularly important.In this paper, under the background of "new normal", for the construction of a balanced workload system,demonstrates the necessity of establishing the index system of evaluation of daily work, set up mathematical measurement model, and through the model accurately measure the customer manager daily outdoor work, based on this theory, the balanced workload key way puts forward related Suggestions.
