老年高血压患者心理弹性与服药依从性的关系研究

The relationship between elderly hypertensive patients' resilience and medication adherence

目的调查老年高血压患者心理弹性与服药依从性现状,并分析二者的相关性。方法采用中文版心理弹性量表、药物依从性问卷对142例老年高血压患者进行调查。结果服药依从性好30例,占21.13%,服药依从性不好112例,占78.87%,心理弹性总分(61.37±11.91)分,服药依从性不同的老年高血压患者的心理弹性差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且服药依从性与心理弹性及其3个维度呈正相关。结论患者的心理弹性能够影响服药依从性,医护人员应重视患者的心理弹性,为提高患者服药依从性提供新的思路。

Objective To investigate the status and correlation between resilience and medication adherence in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods Totally,142 eldely patients with hypertension were investigated using the Chinese version of Connor - Davidson mental resilience scale （ CD - RISC） and medication ad- herence questionnaire. Results There were 30 patients with good medication adherence,which accounted for 21.13% ,and 112 patients with poor medication adherence, which accounted for 78.87 %. The total resilience score was （61.37 ± 11.91 ）. The resilience score was different in patients with good and poor medi- cation adherence （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and medication adherence was positively related with resilience and its three dimensions. Conclusion Patients＇resilience can affect medication compliance. Medical staff should pay attention to patients＇resilience ,so as to provide new thinking way for improving patient medication adherence.
